      - Collaborative environment; employees are always ready to help and assist each others - Open door policy - Management is open to discussing new ideas and encourages creativity - Welcoming diversity - Forward thinking - Employee centric approach - Great opportunities to learn and make a difference - Nice offices - collaborative work areas - Decent work/life balance - Free parking - PTO is okay and increases after 3 years - Real efforts are made to walk the walk

      So far, cannot think of anything except benefits: could have better healthcare plan and could offer more days off

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
