      Pros

      Forward thinking, smart executive leadership that are good people.

      Cons

      As great as the executive leadership is, they are unfortunately very unaware of how many bad leaders they have in the field managing their TV stations. They are too insulated from the troops on the ground.

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
