Team of designers to work with in a collaborative environment. Some people are awesome to work with!
Cons
- Below average pay; they take people with no experience in order to not pay what the industry is currently paying - No way to move up and make more money; raises are below cost of living increase wage - Poor management that is not in touch with the daily work going on; toxic and not professional; do not help you succeed and picks favorites; very corporate and back each other up - Very fast turn over which means new people always - Lots of work, very fast deadlines for a low wage - makes you cranky!
