Great training, top-tier recruiting experience. Sets you up for long-term success even if you don't want to continue with TEK. Young, fun, fast-paced environment with fun happy hours and after-work events. I have made really good friends working here. Good looking coworkers ;)
Cons
Your success is largely determined by what business/account manager you are aligned to. The company will find any way to swindle you out of money for arbitrary reasons. They will give you 75% of spread on H1B candidates for no reason, even when they are an approved sub vendor. They will make you manage consultants that you did not place with no financial incentive to manage them. There is thousands of dollars of "ghost" spread from recruiters or account managers who have left that the company profits 100% on, yet they still require recruiters to maintain resources for no commission. A majority of this job could be done in my underwear on my bed at home, yet they make you come into an office everyday and have a stand-up meeting at 8am.
