Pros
Returned phone calls and actually talked to me when I started working for them. Very courteous when you're making them money. They do get involved with the clients, which is quite nice.
Cons
Once you get on the job site, you're on your own. They give you a big talk about them helping you with equipment you might need to get your job done or with any other concerns you might have, but don't really mean it. They NEVER return phone calls or e-mails to contractors. I had no idea whether I would return to work the next week until the very last minute. They turn a blind eye to politics or when a contractor bribes the client to get hired. As long as they're getting paid, right? Once you're contract ends, they spit you out. They do keep track of who worked where, but would rather waste time putting up a post on monster or craigslist than to contact a contractor. Experience means nothing over there.
