Good place to get IT Systems / Staffing Training for young employees. Possible to make OK money if sales performance meets or exceeds expectations. Some peers are extremely talented.
Cons
ZERO work life balance. Asks for COMPLETE company loyalty but never gives the same back to employees. Sr. Management fosters nepotism and promotes those that play their game correctly. Corporate cult mindset - their way or the highway.
