A robust & clear joining process. Time gap b/w interview, feedback & joining is less. Candidate need not be wondering on what happened to interview results. A very good follow-up from recruiter HR. Good support while working on client place. There is always dedicated HRs available in client place to address the issues. Very professional in solving issues b/w employees. No bias or no blind support to anyone. Recruiter/HR periodically in touch with employees in understanding issues, impediments. Most of the issues are addressed except for "project change or salary hike" Salaries are paid on time every month. Gifts are given to all the employees once in a year.

Its been 1yr 8 months since I joined, no appraisal discussion, no hike in salary, no clarity on when it will happen, No bonus, no teamlunch or goodies Health insurance can be covered on company expenses instead of employee. Few More Employee Benefits Can be added
