Pros
You know what? There aren't any "Pros"...This is the worst place I've ever worked and I regret it.
Cons
1. Immediate dishonesty on pay. You're told that you will "Make more money than your friends!" and "You'll be able to buy a house working here!" during your interview...Then you get an offer letter for a cool $12 an hour. After a few months of working 50-60 hours a week and meeting goals, you do get a pay bump...Which will be disappointing when you consider how hard you worked to get it. 2. The turnover rate is just insane. You get to know a bunch of people and they're usually gone after about 3 months. It's also disgusting how a meeting is held to shame a terminated recruiter in front of the entire office. 3. Drama. It's a real-time Soap Opera of conflict and gossip. If you don't participate in the drama, you're not considered to be a team player. You're asked to spy on recruiters that are not performing well and report their every move to the DBO. 4. You will have absolutely no separation between your personal life and work. There's a super perverse idea here that if you take a day off for any reason, you're lazy or not loyal to the company mission. Expect a phone call or two from a random account manager asking you for help on something if you're out of the office for any reason. Any company event is 100% mandatory...You better show up on Saturday for that picnic or whatever lame function they've scheduled. 5. For a company that makes so much money and is so cool, the office space is boring, cheap, and dirty.
