Pros

I generally don't put my comments on internet. But this company made me do so. Please read the cons as you don't find anything in pros.

Cons

1. Fake promises 2. They Don't care for employees and they treat you as if you are just a money makers to them as you get deployed on client location. 3. No Job Security. They will Keep doing fake promises to you! They will be happy till the time client is happy with you or else you are on their hit list and ultimately got fired. They have given me a good client "EXPEDIA" I have worked there for around 1.5 years. One day when i was on my vacation time, the manager of EXPEDIA called me and said that you need to look for other opportunities outside. I have not questioned anything to them. The very next day Teksystems HR called me and said you are now on notice period and start searching for new opportunities. I mean where are your promises now that you have many clients and will search for another clients if you got removed from one client?? They don't even help you out in Exit formalities. I have given 1 month notice period and then got removed from the TEKSystems.

Pros

Good opportunity to learn on the job. Able to meet with people in the industry both with TEKsystems and Microsoft. Good hands on experience with an AI data center

Cons

Sever lack of work 80% of days. Contract position got let go 3 months ahead of earliest anticipated date. Low overall responsibility within role (most contractors could only work basic tickets. Anything requiring more troubleshooting was reserved for full time employees). TEKsystems management was far removed from what was actually happening day to day onsite. Was led to believe that there would plenty of contract to hire positions when there were only a handful and were already taken.
