Pros

The starting pay is alright. They have some decent benefits, and they provide free snacks sometimes. Also, they allow you to work from home sometimes.

Cons

The work is hard with very little training or support. It’s often difficult to speak to a manager because everyone’s so overworked. The CEO hires his family members and pays them a ton. They always park their expensive sports cars in the spots closest to the door. All the software used to support work is outdated by over a decade, and management refuses to stay with the times. The office is open, so people often look over your shoulder and make comments behind your back. It gives me some pretty serious anxiety. I legit went into the bathroom one day and just cried. Oh, and it’s apparently their policy not to give raises until the end of your second year of working here. It’s no wonder they struggle to retain employees.
