      A paycheck every two weeks.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work life balance as a supervisor. Don't do the math, when it comes to hours worked to salary. Saddest part your $13 dollar an hour employee makes more than you.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
