      Pay is ok, once you get to a certain amount of time the 2 weeks vacation is ok, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Lacking appropriate amount of supervisors to fill ever spot, pay is not enough for 10+ hours required to work, building is in shambles, equipment is lacking for drivers, supervisors are pretty much daycare workers taking care of toddlers (drivers) throughout the workday.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
