      Company seems to be making improvements, home-based, on the road, helpful peers.

      Cons

      Too many emails and busy work that keeps getting worse when we should be selling. Some newer ASMs micromanage.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
