      Pros

      Simple if repetitive work done via forklift. Coworkers that are willing to chat during off/down-time. Plenty of chances for OT for the newer hires.

      Cons

      Managment either has subpar communication, or none at all. The newer you are, the more likely you'll be required to work a 6th mandatory day "due to workload" that magically dries up the day after. Frequently low or out of supplies required to do job safely/correctly such as Tape, Seran wrap, and even soap for the bathroom at times.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
