the hiring process is a joke, by which i mean they haven't hired anyone new in over a year, and the person they re-hired got entered as the wrong classification and still hasn't been reclassified. they refuse to staff the office with clerical help or supervisors/management, and frequently exploit their employees by asking them to work more than their contract states.
