      Overtime is there a lot for the taking you also get a pension and health insurance is pretty affordable

      Sometime it can be frustrating working people and some times it can be repetitive

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
