      Benefits are decent, although, costly.

      Cons

      Communication is poor, as well as follow-up from management. Lack of transparency when It comes to time off and pay. Layoffs continue, due to lack of freight.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
