      You are essentially oncall Supervisors treat you like a tool and not a person No home time through week except to sleep.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
