      Great benefits , easy pick up and deliveries , bring home 5500 to 6000. 1 month vacation, 6 sick days , pension , free basic healthcare or around $32 weekly per family for premium etc

      Cons

      Constantly changes , make it sometimes a little difficult, but doable, employees need to switch mentality to make things happen because you are pay to do so , or quit and make your life easy if you think you can not handle

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
