401(K) Match, Competitive Salary, Relaxed environment, Free food, Vacation

Cons

The team which I was a part of had a very poor management. Moreover boss showed favoritism towards team mates even though their performance was not at all up to the mark . Too much politics within the team . Good work was never appreciated . Manager couldn't handle inter team conflicts. Manager left us on our own to hear the nasty comments some employees from other teams had to say. Overall , it was the worst work experience so far that I have encountered in my professional career.
