Pros
Potential to grow very quickly. Bonus is very good.
Cons
Lots of moaning from the staff - grass isnt always greener! Colleagues need to spend more time doing job then gossiping about what everyone else is getting. Lack of focus and direction from team leaders and not enough management training.
