Very flexible and understanding when time is needed to take off. A good place to learn about oil well logging. Future possibilities for more ways of doing business within all boundries of the oil & gas industry. Quarterly bonuses compensation. 401K matching, decent insurance.
Cons
Lack of appreciation other than bonus compensation. Coworkers seem to compete in an unhealthy way. Redundant emails concerning specific requests. Mistakes are empasized as totall failure instead of learning oppurtunities.
