      Whether your new in the work force or looking for a new job opportunity, th plastics is doable and there is room for growth. Management is reasonable and I think it is an absolute awesome job for me and maybe for you too.

      There is no attendance bonus.

      The team you are surrounded by is very helpful and there for you. Management felt more like a team than a hierarchy. Learning Oppurtouinites.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems like high school drama, but that was all getting settled out when my time ended there.
