      Pros

      Very good company benefits. Good career opportunities. Had many quality years there.

      Cons

      It took many years for reorganization to work out well for company. Many long time employees were told they were no longer working there and escorted out of the building. Some managers should not be managing just because they are at certain level.

      Great work life balance, good benefits, decent pay, ease of running your own practice as an “advisor”, and healthy work environment

      Cons

      Management styles can vary and affect your experience, upper management doesn’t seem to be well equipped to ensure the organization’s success but it is resilient nonetheless.
