Pros

Benefits are top notch with pension contributions almost unheard of in today's climate. Not too stressful for a call center because of the strength and reputation of the company...sells itself. Moral is fairly good with up's and down typical of any company.

Cons

Glued to the phone; management can be completely clueless and out of touch.

Great work life balance, good benefits, decent pay, ease of running your own practice as an “advisor”, and healthy work environment

Cons

Management styles can vary and affect your experience, upper management doesn’t seem to be well equipped to ensure the organization’s success but it is resilient nonetheless.
