      Supposedly the benefits, the work-life balance, good location to work at in Charlotte, the parking garages on right on campus and free.

      Cons

      Behind on technology, not progressive, doesn't seem willing to pay people what they deserve, not as many opportunities across groups compared to bigger companies.

      Pros

      Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based

      Woke culture, reverse discrimination, very frustrating to do business with as a client
