Pros
If you want experience in aviation and composites, this is a good place to get started. They will hire just about anyone. They look for people straight out of school with no experience so they can pay them the minimum. Small company where people are always getting fired (even managers) or quitting, so if you are a good worker you may be able to move up quickly.
Cons
Very high level of favoritism, dishonesty and disrespect from management and even some coworkers. Management is obviously in over their heads and inexperienced so a lot of bad decisions are made resulting in more stress for the people at the bottom. Management also lies to employees to tell them what they want to hear so that they will stop bothering them. Some employees seem to be untouchable and are able to do whatever they want without consequence. Always behind schedule because of poor management, but the little guys or front-line supervisors get the blame. Bad products get pushed through production just to try to make schedule. Overall unorganized and childish culture.
