Pros

Great place to work with. Everyone knows what they need to do and help each other. Engineering helps out a lot on the floor.

Cons

There was one guy in the tool room that was impossible to work with. Either he will help you one day or be a whining baby the other. Some other people in different departments are clowns and don't want to do their jobs.
