Pros
If you're willing to take on responsibilities, there is high potential for growth. This is the main reason for the 3/5 star rating as it is a decent place to "cut your teeth" in the aerospace manufacturing field.
Cons
Poor team dynamics. This leads to very poor retention across most departments and locations. Necessary infrastructure improvements are not authorized due to frustrated executives. However, this has created a loop effect: can't complete tasks on time because of poor infrastructure, can't get funded because team manufacturing is not performing as demanded. Executive team does not value employees. They are frequently aggressive with threats of firing, or promising to "shutter their doors" for negotiation purposes.
