Pros

Great work environment, lots of opportunity for advancement if you apply yourself

Cons

Pressuring customers about the TJX card, inability to complete tasks without having to stop to ring customers up either due to insufficient staffing and short on payroll, not the best work/life balance - they weren't too bad about offering time off but during the holidays you can kiss RTO goodbye

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
