      Pros

      At TJMaxx all the employees and managers are super nice. They are great to work with and everyone there is like a family. We have pulled together many times when an individual needs support of any kind. We support many fundraisers. The regular customers are great. Managers are usually willing to chip in and help when needed.

      Cons

      Some nights are longer than others when it comes to closing, depending on how the day went. And let's face it, we work with the public so it isn't always sunshine and rainbows.
