-Tons of opportunities for lower-level management (merchandise coordinator, key carrier) but very difficult to break into assistant manager or manager roles -Key Carriers are held to all the responsibilities of an assistant manager, but none of the pay benefits -Management is often responsible for multiple projects each day, with tons of pressure to complete them all -SO much pressure to get credit cards -Lower-level management roles are discouraged from making friends at work
