Pros
-The managers on staff do care about the maintenance of the store, and will try to direct you to where you need to be and what tasks you need to accomplish in what amount of time. - Some of the employees are sympathetic and will try to help you, but not all of them. This will vary depending on whose working with you on what day. -There is free food sometimes in the break room. Again, this depends day to day.
Cons
-The instructional videos you have to sit through at the interview stage don't really tell you anything about what you have to do day in and day out at the store. -The standards of cleanliness for the store can vary widely from day to day. -The management do not concern themselves with your availability and will schedule you for shifts you may not be able to cover. -The amount of hours you may receive may vary widely from pay period to pay period. I understand that as a part time worker not to expect absolutely great hours week after week, but I have heard the same complaints of full time employees who have spent years with the company go through the same thing. -There is little to no training or attempts to educate you on how the store functions or how to do your job. Expect to dive in face first into your tasks.
