      Great co-workers, good benefits for full time, good employee motivation programs.

      Low starting pay, very limited advancement, very hesitant to fire problem employees.

      Pros

      Was easy to apply, Some of the workers were kind and helpful. Employee discount was okay.

      Cons

      Some parts of managment were harsh. They weren't approachable. Other were kind and wanted to help people grow. They pay wasn't great. Cut my hours during seasonal hiring months.
