Pros

pay was decent and the benefits were good. Three day weekends were awesome.

Cons

Warehouse workers are given a 60 day probation period. The worker is required to have a 90% effiecency score to stay after 60 days. However, it is next to impossible to get 90%. I was in the ticketing department. On one assignment I had to ticket 1,300 jeans in three hours to achieve 90%. Considering that all the jeans were in a box and wrapped in plastic, that was impossible. The company makes the completion times ridiculous so that most new employee's will be gone after 60 days.
