      Pros

      If you enjoy customer service it can be fun sometimes. You get a 10% associate's discount for all TJX stores (including Marshalls and Home Goods)

      Cons

      They expect the most in terms of customer service and soliciting credit card applications while paying unlivable wages and making sure no one gets enough hours to qualify for benefits. They reward strong performance with dollar store snacks and coupons instead of bonuses or promotions.

      Pros

      Was easy to apply, Some of the workers were kind and helpful. Employee discount was okay.

      Cons

      Some parts of managment were harsh. They weren't approachable. Other were kind and wanted to help people grow. They pay wasn't great. Cut my hours during seasonal hiring months.
