Fast Hiring process I guess? Weekly paycheck so you're never really broke per se, some nice people to work with
Cons
When the store closes fixing up certain departments can be a headache, some managers don't care what time you get out. I HATE PUSHING TJX CREDIT CARDS ON PEOPLE! sometimes it is very understaffed so you need to be in three places at once!
