low pay for more work - Cashier TJ Maxx Employee Review

everything is bad. low pay but the work is much harder. For perspective, I worked at academy sports and outdoors for $15 just to stand and hang around in the cash register. where as in tj maxx I'm paid $12 an hour to work on multiple position and there's no room for me to breath or relax, every second is work work work, it's just not worth the pay
