Pros
Working for TKC is like working with family. My wife actually emails my boss about her Chickens, Honey and Goat Milk Soap that my boss does as a hobby. It feels so comfortable like our spouses are part of the team. There is even talks of our spouses coming to regional meetings, what a great morale booster. We have great benefits including pet insurance, yes TKC realizes that our pets are family too! I have worked for TKC many years and if you are a good worker the possibilities are endless. There are so many opportunities for growth.
Cons
Working in corrections can be challenging. You have to reach out if you need help or are feeling overwhelmed. TKC has a lot of resources to help you get through it and succeed.
