Pros

If you work full time you receive benefits like: A week paid of paid vacation time after 6 months of employment( This time increases at the 1, 5, and 10 year mark) Military leave and Jury Duty leave of absences are allowed pay bonuses for working on holidays(EX: double pay) yearly reviews(that can and typically do result in a pay raise) Management does recognize good work and often times will try to give promotions to employees when they can Upward mobility through the company is possible with potential chances for relocation Managers do not micro manage

Cons

somewhat inconsistent scheduling practices: like the schedule for the week coming out two days before the start of the week(Monday) and random scheduling like your schedule for one week not looking the same as the one from the week before making it a bit difficult to plan around.

Pros

TKo is led by strong, principled leadership that sets clear expectations and trusts its leaders to execute. The culture is supportive and professional, with a consistent emphasis on accountability, collaboration, and doing things the right way. There is meaningful autonomy at the property level, balanced with accessible corporate support when needed, which allows leaders to operate effectively while staying aligned. The organization is committed to quality and continuous improvement rather than short-term wins, and it maintains a genuine people-first mindset with real investment in team development and long-term success.

Cons

Would love to see continued expansion across additional U.S. markets, creating even more opportunities for growth and advancement.
