Pros

I'm really not finding ANY pros to working there... Unless you're absolutely desperate - they'll hire anyone and everyone. So there's that I guess.

Cons

COMPLETE favoritism... Which is unpredictable to the extreme - one incident management doesn't like (regardless of if it's moral OR correct) and suddenly you're basically blacklisted. NO professionalism in management OR employees. And oh the DRAMA! They're constantly finding new and different ways to NOT pay you bonuses/incentives, and the base pay is a joke to begin with. Any raises are null and void after 3 years as well. The only "advancement opportunities" are given to this favorites or if you're VERY "friendly" with management shall we say. The bathrooms and break room are absolutely disgusting and furniture throughout the center is literally falling apart. And the "games" played during work hours? It's pretty hard to be professional on the phone when there's a lot of screaming in the background. It's a joke of a "job" if anything.

Pros

TLCx provides an excellent environment for learning and professional growth. The leadership is approachable and encourages new ideas. I’ve had opportunities to work on challenging projects that helped me enhance my analytical and reporting skills. The company promotes a collaborative culture where cross-functional teamwork is truly valued. Work-life balance is good, and management genuinely appreciates individual contributions.

Cons

The pace of work can be quite dynamic, especially during month-end or reporting cycles, but it helps build strong time management and prioritization skills.

Cons

They will immediately attempt to demoted you if you begin to have issues with a disability that they knew about when they promoted you.
