Co-workers are great. Working in the John Deere or Anderson Departments are the best as its inbound
Cons
if you get moved to an outbound department it's going to be hell for you. Its soul crushing and you become the same thing you hate getting calls for where its Telemarketers and scammers. We may not be scamming people but it sure does feel like it. Avoid Spectrum and Mr Cooper departments at all costs. Also they are very nice to get you in and hired but some coworkers and people there are very judgmental and ghetto. they hire bottom of the barrel workers for the bare minimum rate above minimum wage to incentivize you to come in. you cannot use your cellphone in the building as they probably have a signal dampener in the building so good luck getting a signal inside or around the building.
