Work time so basically we work from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 19 but most of the time we left 17:30 to do viewings.

Very dodgy and not reliable. they always paid was the wrong amount, less of course, and always late. The company keep the tenants' deposit and doesn't care about the tenant situation, for example, let some property without basic maintenance for weeks, so the tenants were always calling us any time of the day to complain very angry and sometimes aggressive.

Besides from regular weekly meetings and presentation there are no real pros.

Very poor management of staff. Majority of staff members are overworked and due to this are made to work insane amount of hours. The salary is not enough for the amount of hours you put in.
