I have worked for TMC for the past nine years and I plan to work for this company until I retire! I love working for this company! There are opportunities for personal and professional growth, good work/life balance, and a company that is focused on providing excellence. I have had great Area Managers, a strong therapy team, and wonderful patients. I love working here!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of that would be different from anywhere else I have worked.

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.
