We take this concern very seriously. TMC operates with strict regulatory and ethical standards, and we do not support evaluating or treating patients who are not appropriate for skilled services. Our policy is that every therapist is empowered to use their clinical judgment to determine medical necessity.

We’re also sorry to hear your concerns about productivity and patient appropriateness. As a therapist-led organization, our intention is that clinical judgment and patient need always come first, and that any productivity expectations are balanced with appropriate, ethical care and regulatory compliance.
