Pros

This was a great team that was already in place before TMC had come to this building.

Cons

The worst documentation system that I have ever seen, even when they tried to make a new one, it was worse and made everyone switch back to the old one, when attempting to get the therapists to do their unethical requests they try to manipulate, threaten, and blame it on someone else. They are also very hypocritical, told everyone they were making a bunch of changes and cuts from the budget so they wouldn’t let anyone go, 2 months later they forced so many people to go prn with no warning and the lowest prn rate I have ever seen, also told DOR not to use prn, then got mad at the DOR when patients complained about not getting any therapy and blamed it on the DOR and asked her why she wasn’t using prn.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
