Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is a company focused on making a positive difference in the lives we serve each day. A typical work day consists of approximately 8 hours a day averaging 40 hours a week. Each therapy team in Shreveport, LA is very supportive of each other and willing to help out in anyway possible to better the patients in the SNF. Our Therapy Care Navigator (TCN) is in the facility everyday to help with all aspects of the therapy company and nursing home facility. We have great support from our Area Manager (AM) who checks in daily and is available for questions or concerns at anytime. TMC provides great benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k plan, 6 paid holidays, along with PTO that is accrued each paycheck. We have trust and support from our customer, which allows us to continue providing efficient and effective treatments daily. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to make a difference in the geriatric community knowing our company not only supports our patients, but also supports local charities.
