Pros
competitive hourly wage, great hours, very sweet and friendly area managers and recruiters, internal travelers benefits, patient-oriented, great work/life balance. There is also a lot of independence with when you arrive to work and flexing a work day to a weekend day if you need a day off during the week. I truly feel like my rehab director, area manager, and recruiter care about me.
Cons
High productivity (but I haven't had any issues). I was a little worried about the productivity when I started (it's around 100%), but it actually has not been an issue for me. I have some days with a lot of treatment and no evals and I have a very high productivity, utilizing group and concurrent minutes. Other days, I have a lower productivity because my day is mainly evals, progress notes, etc... but it all evens out. I do not feel stressed or pushed during my work days, as long as you're doing your job you're good.
