Pros
The company's creeds and mantras display an intent to encourage their employees to "be better / do better".
Cons
Some members of management feel very out of touch. They preach the "success through being radically different" buzzwords and go-gettem attitudes, but fail to genuinely grasp the way certain company habits and behaviors directly oppose the message they appear to be giving. They can be rather slow to enact change and often seem reluctant to do so. The "family culture" CAN be found within the company but often ends up feeling only surface-deep when actions can still end up leaving you feel like "just a number" at the end of the day.
