Pros

Local coworkers were great and friendly.

Cons

They claim you are an asset, but will take advantage of you 100%. They will put an insane work load on you and make you beg for a raise. If you decided to go back to school to better yourself, they will not work with you and will put you in a position to choose bettering yourself or staying right where you are.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

Cons

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
